Provided this embedded assurance service on eight rail franchises with no legal challenge to the procurement process or outcome.
Developed guidelines for the declaration and management of conflicts of interest for the rail franchise programme.
Role extended to Group Commercial providing programme level assurance for higher value, risk, complexity procurements for the Department and other governmental bodies.
